1. Salary:
CL30 Captain: 11,100USD (net)
FO:41,000 to 81,000USD (net)
CL850 Captain: 11,600USD (net)
FO:46,000 to 8,600USD (net)
P180 Captain: 11,100USD (net)
FO:41,000 to 81,000USD(net)
2. Per Diem:
100USD/day in Aisa; 150EUR in Europe; 80USD in others
3. House Allowance :9000RMB per year
4. Ticket Benefit:10,000USD per year
5. Contract renewal bonus:20,000USD for Captain; 14,000USDfor FO
6. Paid Personal Leave Seven Days per month;28 days annual leave(including 8 sick leave days)
7. Yearly Block Hour and Overtime Paid:60 Block hours /month, overtime payment: USD100/hour.
8. Insurance Medical insurance and Accident insurance.
