 Charter Pilot Seeking professional and experienced charter pilot.

Essential duties include:

- Piloting a variety of aircraft to transport people and cargo to a
variety of places.

- Providing passenger enjoyment (supplying passenger amenities,
selecting the smoothest possible flight conditions, carrying luggage, notifying passengers of possible delays or turbulence).

- Ensuring the safety of flight objectives (pre-flight inspections,
checks, flight planning, detecting and reporting equipment malfunctions).

- Coordinating ground transportation (working with the destination FBO to ensure vehicle rentals are lined up if requested).

Requirements:

Successful candidates must exhibit strong customer service and
leadership skills.  As an on-demand pilot, you must be able to work a flexible work schedule, often with limited notice.  Only applicants who meet these minimum qualifications should apply:

- 2,000 total hours commercial/ATP/instrument.

- 500 hours multi-engine.

- Minimum 100 hours must be within the past 12 months.

- Current first-class FAA medical certificate.

- Experience in PA34, PA31, C340, C414, and jets are preferred.

- Must live within 30 minutes driving time from a Wisconsin Aviation base.

- Team-oriented, capable of providing first-class customer service and care.

Aircraft Sales Representative

Seeking a full-time aircraft sales representative to join one of the
Midwest's most progressive general aviation services provider.  Responsibilities include planning and implementing sales and marketing programs targeted towards existing and new customers, managing all aspects of his/her sales area and the sales administration process companywide, and working with outside sales and other members of the Wisconsin Aviation team to meet or exceed sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.





Essential Functions:

Responsible for locating new opportunities for Wisconsin Aviation bycalling on existing customers and new customers.

Must be responsive to customer needs and follow through on all
aspects of requests, both written and verbal.

Make presentations to various aviation and professional groups to
get the Wisconsin Aviation message out into the community.

Will take the lead on preparing sales negotiations and preparing the written proposal to customer and coordinate all information and a formal response.

Will attend trade shows such as EAA along with different onferences that are customer oriented.

Follows up on all leads both current and past, maintains
relationships and negotiates and closes deals on brokered aircraft.
Sells to students and existing customers.
Serves as sales liaison with Avionics and Maintenance Departments.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image through
promotional materials and

events.
 Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers
and key strategic partners.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field of study.
      5-10 years in the aviation field.
       3 or more years of experience as a sales representative.
       Pilot license desirable.
       Knowledge of aviation Industry and aircraft features.
     Knowledge of relationship building skills.
       Knowledge of financing availability-tax benefits/strategies.
     Must be proficient communicator and listener.
       Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented.
       Ability to manage time effectively, meets goals, and work
effectively with other team members.

Avionics Technician



Seeking experienced avionics technician to join our service team.
Enjoy working in a state-of-the-art facility for one of the Midwest's most progressive aviation service centers with over 30 years of
experience.  The position involves avionics testing, oubleshooting,
installing systems on a widevariety of piston, turbine, and light jet aircraft in the GA market. Must be able to work with minimum supervision, be task and detail oriented, and enjoy learning new skills.

Requirements:
       1-3 years' experience as an avionics technician preferred.
      Recent graduates of avionics programs will be considered.
  An FCC general and A&P license is a plus.
      Must have strong knowledge of general aviation electrical and
electronic systems, flight instruments and components.
     Must possess the ability to read and interpret schematics,
blueprints, and installation

instructions.

Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Second-shift position reporting to Maintenance Manager. We are seeking additional A&P general aviation mechanics to work in our fast-paced maintenance shop. Our technicians perform maintenance on privately owned general aviation aircraft and our charter and rental aircraft fleets, which include light jets. The positions involve the inspection, repair and modification of the entire aircraft and special equipment, including the overhaul of some components. Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

Requirements:
Must have A&P license with a minimum of 3 years experience working on general aviation aircraft.

Strong knowledge of materials, methods, tools & standard practices of the aircraft mechanic trade is necessary. Must be skilled in the use of all common and special purposes aircraft maintenance tools & test equipment. Experience with the repair of sheet metal and composite structures is required.

Ability to diagnosis and repair aircraft components to include
electrical wiring is needed. Painting skills will be a plus, but not a requirement. Must bring own aircraft mechanic tools to the job.

Line Services Technician

Seeking motivated individual who can provide superior customer service to our customers.  Primary duties include:  customer service to pilots and passengers, inspection and safe operation of ramp equipment, baggage handling, cleaning, aircraft fueling, and towing of various aircraft.

Requirements:
Must have a high school diploma/GED equivalent and be 18 years of age or older.  On-the-job training provided.  Aviation knowledge is a plus but not required.  Dependable
and motivated individuals who possess the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates must pass a
ten-year background check and a federal fingerprint check, possess a valid driver's license, and have above-average communication skills.
