Purpose
The incumbent will contribute to the attainment of operational objectives in his or her sector by performing the tasks assigned to him or her. Collaborates with colleagues and demonstrates adaptability to change; is tolerant, receptive, and listens to others and to customers. Acts as a support for Reservation Agents, by answering their questions.
Responsibilities
• Pass on information to the reservations agents;
• Help agents resolve minor problems that are under his/her responsibilities;
• Delegate, in conjunction with the supervisors, related tasks to the members of his/her team;
• Provide support to reservations agents for their daily activities by taking calls and making reservations;
• Stay up to date through continued training sessions.
Requirements
• Tourism Diploma and 2 years experience as reservations agent;
• Bilingualism (French and English - written and spoken);
• Good knowledge of Transat Holidays and Nolitours products;
• Knowledge of Quartz – Logitour, TTS, AVAYA, IMPACT 360;
• Certified on the 2 skills.

• Able to work under pressure;
• Responsible and well-organized; team spirit demonstrated
• Available to work on a flexible schedule, from Monday to Sunday.
