Purpose
The incumbent will receive calls from Travel Agents, and make booking arrangements for Nolitours and Transat Holidays product.

Responsibilities
• Service all types of incoming calls as a priority, with emphasis on Customer Service; maintain positive and professional telephone manner.
• Provide seat and hotel availability, flight schedules, and pertinent information to travel agents.
• Provide destination information and terms and conditions to travel agents.
• Cross selling and up selling of Nolitours and Transat Holidays product.
• Process changes as requested by travel agent.
• Maintain an up-to-date brochure and promotional material; organize information received via hardcopy or email on a daily basis.
• Liaise with Lead Agents, Supervisor and Director, relative to all programs and travel agent feedback.
• Other duties as assigned by Leads, Supervisor, or Director.

Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Travel and Tourism, an asset;
• Experience in the travel industry preferred ;
• Bilingualism (English & French);
• Exceptional selling and customer service skills;
• Organized and detail oriented;
• Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment;
• Availability to work shifts; including weekends and statutory holidays based on operational needs and your availability.
